YUM! We don't have a large enough colony of ostrich ferns yet to justify picking some but we do have PLENTY of ramps! How did you cook them?

I simply sautéed them with butter and sliced ramps, finished with a whisper of sherry vinegar.

Well done article George on one of my favorite, rare gastronomic treats. I'd love to pair these with soft-shell crabs one of these days. Now if I could find some...
